At CookUnity, we aim to make your experience as seamless as possible, including the process of canceling your subscription. If you need to pause your subscription, are heading out of town, or find that our service isn't the right fit, you can easily cancel by accessing your Settings.
Important Considerations:
- First Delivery: If you haven't received your first delivery yet, you'll need to wait until it arrives before you can cancel your account.
- Scheduled Orders: Canceling your subscription won't affect any scheduled orders. To avoid future orders, please skip all upcoming deliveries before your area's cutoff time. If you cancel after the cutoff time and an order has already been placed, that order cannot be canceled, and it will arrive on the scheduled delivery day.
After canceling, you'll no longer be charged or receive future deliveries. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
