Where is my order?

Track Your Order on Our Website or App

1. Log into your CookUnity account.
2. Tap "Track Order" on your upcoming delivery.
3. On the day of delivery, a tracking link will be available to get real-time updates.

Tracking Links

• For most orders, you'll also receive an SMS with a tracking link when your delivery is 30-45 minutes away.
• If your order is shipped with a carrier like UPS or FedEx, you’ll receive tracking details via email before the delivery date.

No Tracking Link?

If you don't see a tracking link, it’s likely that your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Tracking information is typically available once the order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

• Tip: Be sure to check back closer to your scheduled delivery time for any updates.
