What’s Changing
Meals prepared in New York and Los Angeles will feature an updated print layout. Here’s what it looks like:
- Front Side: Chef’s name, photo, and meal title
- Side Panel: Heating instructions and finally meal name! No more fridge hassle
- Back Side: Nutritional facts, full ingredient list, and allergen/special contents
This layout gives more space to showcase the chef and the story behind the meal, while still providing all the important nutritional and ingredient info—just reorganized more cleanly.
What’s Staying the Same (Other Markets):
All other stores (MIA, SEA, ATL, AUS, CHI) will continue using the existing print format for the time being. We’ll keep you posted on any future rollout plans to other markets.
Action for CX & CX Ops:
If customers in NY or LA notice the difference or have questions:
- Reassure them that all key information is still included, just in a new format.
- Let them know this is a permanent improvement, starting this weekend.
- For customers outside NY/LA, the print layout remains unchanged.
