unitypass: Everything You Need to Know

If you love our chef-crafted meals and want to enjoy even more perks, unitypass is for you. Here’s the lowdown on how it works and why it’s a delicious deal.

What Is unitypass?

unitypass is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks savings and perks like free delivery, premium meals at no extra cost, extra Add & Save discounts, and rewards. You can check if you are eligible for the unitypass membership anytime from your Profile menu in the CookUnity app or website.

Note: To activate your unitypass membership, you’ll need to have an active CookUnity subscription.

Availability

• unitypass is being rolled out gradually, so not all users will see it yet.

• Availability depends on factors like location, account activity, or promotions.

• If you’re eligible, you may receive an email invitation or see the option to join directly in your profile.

• If unitypass disappears from your account, check your payment method or reach out to Support — we’ll be happy to help.

How much does unitypass cost?

• Cycle: $23.99 plus tax per 28-day -> It pays for itself in just 2 orders!

⚠️ Credits cannot be used to activate or renew unitypass. Charges are applied to your saved payment method.

How does billing work?

• unitypass is billed on a 28-day cycle
• Your cycle starts the day you sign up, and you’ll be charged every 28 days.
• Membership renews automatically.
• Taxes and service fees may still apply to your orders.
• After a failure of the default payment method on the membership renewal or activation, the system will retry any alternative payment on the same day. If these fail too, the system will have 3 days after the renewal day to reattempt and reactivate the membership. 
• If payments keep failing or cannot be processed during the reattempt period, your membership may be canceled.

Pausing

Pausing your CookUnity meal plan

• You can pause your meal deliveries for 2–8 weeks at a time.
• There’s no yearly limit on how often you pause.
• Pausing your meal plan only affects deliveries — it does not pause your unitypass membership.
• You can unpause anytime directly from your account.

Pausing your unitypass membership

unitypass can also be paused, but separately:

• Up to 2 months in a row, once per year, or 1 month at a time, twice per year.
• While your membership is paused, you won’t be charged. It will automatically restart once the pause period ends.
• Pausing your meal plan does not pause unitypass.

💡 Example (unitypass only):

• If your next billing date is Sept 13:
  • Unpause before Sept 13 → no charge until that date.
  • Unpause after Sept 13 → you’ll be charged right away when you unpause.

Can I cancel unitypass?

• You can cancel unitypass anytime in your account settings, within the unitypass section.
• Your benefits remain active until the end of your current 28-day cycle.

⚠️ Pausing your CookUnity account does not stop unitypass charges. unitypass must be paused or canceled separately.
