Can I cancel my order after it’s been charged?

Unfortunately, you can’t cancel an order after it’s been charged. Before your area’s cutoff time, you can skip, reschedule or change your meals as many times as you like. You can easily do this on your account on your Orders page.

After that time, your order is confirmed and you’ll be charged. At that point, we won’t be able to stop the scheduled delivery, even if your subscription is canceled. Your cutoff time is 3-6 days before your delivery day, depending on your location.
