Can I pause my account?

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer the flexibility to pause your account instead of cancelling. During the pause period, you won't receive any deliveries. However, please be aware that charges will be applied at the cutoff point, which occurs between 4 to 6 days before the end of your pause period, depending on your zipcode. Your subscription will automatically resume on your next scheduled delivery date following the pause. To manage your plan, simply head to your plan page and click 'pause plan' to explore your options. It's important to keep an eye on our communications, especially as your pause period draws to a close, to stay updated on your account status and any upcoming charges.
