How does my subscription work?

Our menu is available up to two weeks in advance and you’re able to select meals by accessing your Upcoming Deliveries. If you’d like us to select meals on your behalf, our auto-pilot ordering system will choose meals that best fit your personal preferences. Our team will notify you of the automatic selections made and your order will be placed at your area’s specific cut-off time. 


Cut off times vary from 4-6 days before your scheduled delivery date, depending on your location. Before this time, you’re welcome to make changes to your order or skip it entirely. If you do not skip your upcoming delivery, your payment method will be automatically charged at cut-off. 


Meals are delivered directly to you and will be ready to serve immediately, or stored to enjoy throughout the week. Heating instructions and ingredient information will be provided on each meal and you’re welcome to refer back to your Past Deliveries to get more detailed information.  

 

If you won’t be needing deliveries for multiple weeks in a row, you’re welcome to pause your subscription for up to 8 weeks. If your subscription is paused, please note the date of your next delivery once our system automatically reactivates orders based on your selected preference. You may also cancel your subscription at any time.
