How do I buy or redeem a CookUnity gift card?

CookUnity gift cards are a great way to share chef-crafted meals with someone you care about. You can purchase a gift card online and send it directly to the recipient by email — no subscription required to give one.

How to buy a gift card

1. Go to cookunity.com/gift-cards
2. Choose a gift card amount — enter any amount from $5 to $500, or select from predefined options ($25, $50, $100, up to $500).
3. Enter the recipient's name and email address.
4. Add an optional personal message.
5. Enter your name and email.
6. Click Proceed to Checkout and complete your purchase.
7. The gift card will be emailed directly to your recipient.

I'm a customer, how do i redeem a Gift Card?

If you're a current customer, head to your wallet and click 'redeem gift card'. The credit will remain on your account until fully used. 

*Gift cards aren’t available in Canada just yet, but we’re working on it and hope to offer this option very soon!

I have a gift card but I don't have an account

If you received a gift card and don't have a CookUnity account yet, you can create one at cookunity.com and redeem your gift card code during checkout.

Does the gift card expire?

No — gift card credits do not expire. Your balance stays on your account until it's fully used. This credit can't be refunded.

Can I use a gift card and a promo code at the same time?

Yes. Your gift card balance is loaded as credits on your account and works as an additional payment method alongside any active promotions. Both will apply to your order.

What if my gift card balance doesn't cover the full order?

Any remaining balance after your gift card credits are applied will be charged to your default payment method on file.
