How to navigate the new CookUnity Website

1. Start a New Order by Choosing a Delivery Date 

• Open CookUnity website. (or App)
• Click the order area to begin.
• Select the date you want your meals delivered.

2. Browse the Menu Using Categories, Filters, or the Full Menu 

• After selecting a date, browse meals using: (1)
  • Categories (2)
  • Filters
  • "My Favorites" (3) selection will be at the top of the meals, next to "Order Again". (4)
  • The full menu view, by clicking "Browse Menu" (5)
    • The full menu includes the same categories for easier navigation.
    • Use the top navigation to quickly return to the top of the page.

3. Narrow Your Search with Dietary and Chef Filters 

• Use the filters at the top of the menu to refine results.
  • Click Avoid to select ingredients you want to exclude.
  • Click Chef to view meals from specific chefs.

4. Add Meals to Your Cart 

• When you find a meal you want, click the plus (+) icon to add it to your cart.
• Add as many meals as needed for your order.

5. Review Your Cart and Adjust Quantities 

• Click the cart icon to review your selections.
• Check how many meals you still need to choose before completing the order.
• Review the meals already added to your cart.
• You can:
  • Clear filters to return to the full menu (1)
  • Add more meals (2)
  • Increase quantities by clicking again (3)
  • Remove meals if needed

6. Continue to Checkout and Confirm Your Order

When you're ready, click Continue.

• On the checkout page, review:
  • Total cost
  • Discounts or credits
  • Delivery window
  • Delivery address
  • Selected meals
• Click Confirm to place the order.
• You should see a confirmation message after submitting.

7. View Past and Upcoming Orders 

• Click the Orders button on the left side. (1)
• Go to the orders tab to see:
  • Upcoming orders
  • Past orders (2)
  • Rate Past Orders (3)

8. Left Side Menu - What's in it? 

• Click the icon in the bottom-left corner for: (1)
  • Account Settings
  • Taste Profile
  • Wallet (Credits & Promotion)
  • Connect your account with your Calendar
• The site also highlights other features such as:
  • Order (Past & Upcoming)
  • Nutrition AI Agent (2)
  • unitypass  (3)
  • More - Depending on your location
