How do I pause UnityPass?

You can temporarily pause your unitypass membership from your CookUnity account on the website or in the CookUnity app.

While unitypass is paused, you won’t be charged and your benefits won’t be available. Your membership will automatically resume when your selected pause ends.

Important: unitypass is separate from your CookUnity meal subscription. Pausing your CookUnity meal plan does not pause unitypass, and pausing your unitypass won't pause your CookUnity subscription.

How long can I pause unitypass?

You can pause your membership in one of these ways:

• 2 consecutive months once per year, or
• 1 month at a time, twice per year

The pause options available to you will appear when you start the pause process.

Pausing unitypass on the website

1. Log in to your CookUnity account.
2. Open the unitypass hub from the sidebar.
3. Select Manage unitypass. 
4. Select Pause unitypass.
5. Choose from your available pause options.
6. Review the pause details and select Confirm.
7. Once confirmed, you’ll be able to see that your unitypass membership is paused.

Pausing unitypass in the CookUnity app

1. Open the CookUnity app and log in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Open the unitypass hub.
4. Select Manage unitypass.
5. Tap Pause unitypass.
6. Choose from your available pause options.
7. Review the pause details and tap Confirm.
8. Once confirmed, you’ll be able to see that your unitypass membership is paused.

What happens while unitypass is paused?

During the pause period:

• You won’t be charged the next unitypass membership fee.
• Your unitypass benefits won’t be available.
• Your membership will automatically resume when the pause ends.

You don’t need to manually reactivate your membership when the selected pause period is over.

When does my unitypass pause start?

Pausing unitypass stops your next billing cycle. It does not interrupt or move a 28-day cycle that has already started.

Once your current cycle ends, your pause will begin, and you won’t be charged for the paused period and when your pause ends, your unitypass membership will automatically resume.

Does pausing my CookUnity meal plan pause unitypass?

No. Your CookUnity meal subscription and unitypass are managed separately. If you pause your CookUnity meal plan, your unitypass membership will remain active and continue billing unless you pause it separately.

If you want to pause both, you’ll need to manage each one separately from your account.

What if I don’t see the option to pause unitypass?

Make sure you’re signed in to the account associated with your unitypass membership and open the unitypass section of your account.

Your available pause options may also depend on pauses you’ve already used during the year.

If your membership is active and you still can’t find an available pause option, contact CookUnity Support for help.

How do I unpause my unityass?

On your unitypass hub, select Manage unitypass and then click to Unpause unitypass. You will be charged for the next cycle and start enjoying the benefits on every order confirmed after the activation.
