To check whether your first-order discount is applied, review your order summary during signup before completing checkout. Look for the discount or savings shown, and confirm it’s reflected in your final total. A promotional banner alone doesn’t confirm the discount is applied.

Compare the discount with the terms of the specific offer you selected or received. Some offers apply only to eligible meals or charges—not necessarily the entire order. Taxes, delivery or service fees, premium meals, and extras may be treated differently depending on the offer.

If you don’t see the expected discount, check that you used the offer’s link or code and meet its requirements. If it still looks wrong, contact us with the offer link or code before placing your order; don’t assume it can be added afterward.

Offers have eligibility and expiration rules. The promotion must still be active at the order cutoff—the deadline when the order is finalized—to apply.
