Changing Your Delivery Day

Head to Account Settings:
To change your delivery day, log into your CookUnity account and navigate to the Account Settings page. -
Find Available Delivery Days:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You'll see a list of available delivery days based on your service area. -
Confirm or Skip Existing Orders:
- If you have already confirmed an order for your previous delivery day, you'll be prompted to either keep or skip it when you change your delivery day.
- Please note that if an order has already been charged for your previous delivery day, it cannot be canceled. You will still receive this order on the scheduled date.

The available delivery days may vary depending on your location. The options displayed in your account settings reflect the delivery days offered in your area.
Changing Your Delivery Time
At this time, we cannot change specific delivery times as they depend on the logistics of your service area. However, we do offer order tracking so you can better plan for your delivery's arrival. This way, you can stay updated on when to expect your meals.
