Once your order is confirmed and charged, we cannot change the delivery address. Orders are assigned to drivers by delivery zone at cutoff, and a mid-cycle address change would require rerouting that isn't possible within our delivery network.
If the change is around access codes, specific delivery instructions we invite you to contact our Customer Experience team to share the new information with our third party logistics providers.
If your order hasn't been charged yet, you can update your address and reconfirm your order before cutoff.
