Want to check the status of your upcoming CookUnity delivery? You can track your order anytime from your Orders Hub, where you’ll see the latest delivery updates and your delivery window.
Keep in mind that tracking may not appear right away. Depending on your delivery area and courier, tracking may only become available once the order is on the way or the driver starts the route.

Track Your Order From Orders Hub (Website)
- Log in to your CookUnity account and go to your Home Page.
- In the left-side panel, click Orders to open your Orders Hub.
- Locate the delivery day you want to track.
- Next to that order, click Track Order.
- A panel will open on the right where you can review:
- Your delivery address
- Your delivery window
- Your tracking updates (when available)
Depending on your delivery area, tracking may work a little differently. In some cases, tracking will only appear in your Orders Hub once the driver starts the route and gets closer to your address.
If You Don’t See Tracking Yet
If tracking is not available yet, it usually means the order is still being prepared or hasn’t started moving. Here’s what we can do:
- Check again later from Orders → Track Order
- Review the delivery window shown in your account
- Make sure notifications are enabled so we receive delivery updates by SMS or email

- Open the CookUnity app and make sure you’re logged in.
- Tap Orders Hub in the bottom banner.
- Locate the delivery day you want to track.
- Tap Track Order next to that order.
- Review your delivery details and tracking updates.

Tracking your delivery is quick and easy. By using Orders Hub → Track Order (on both website and app), we can check our delivery window, view tracking updates, and stay informed about when our meals are arriving.
