How does the Oura Ring 5 new customer promotion work?

If you enrolled in the eligible six-order Oura Ring 5 promotion, your sixth successfully charged order completes the order milestone. An order that has only been placed or scheduled does not count until it has been charged.

The ring is not sent automatically after Order 6. CookUnity must confirm your eligibility. If you are approved while rewards remain available, redemption instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your CookUnity account. You must complete the claim within 30 days of receiving the notification.

Who is eligible for the promotion?

To qualify, you must generally:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C.
• Have been a new CookUnity customer with no previous CookUnity account or subscription
• Have subscribed through an eligible promotional link or code
• Complete the order milestone assigned to your offer
• Keep the eligible subscription active and in good standing when claiming the reward

Signing up through the standard CookUnity website without an eligible promotional link or code does not automatically enroll you in the promotion.

How many orders do I need?

The promotional link or code used during signup determined your order milestone. Depending on the offer, the milestone may be Order 4, 5, 6, or 8.

For the six-order offer, your sixth successfully charged order completes the order requirement. Your assigned milestone cannot be changed after enrollment.

If you are unsure which offer applies to you, check the original advertisement, landing page, signup confirmation, or promotion details you received.

Which orders count?

An order counts when it:

• Is successfully charged
• Is paid in full
• Is not later refunded, credited, reversed, disputed, or charged back

Your first successfully charged subscription order counts as Order 1, even if an eligible first-order discount was applied.

The following do not count:

• Skipped orders
• Paused weeks
• Credited orders
• Refunded orders
• Reversed or disputed charges

What happens after I complete the required orders?

1. Wait for CookUnity to review and confirm your eligibility.
2. Check the email address associated with your CookUnity account for redemption instructions.
3. Follow the instructions to open the online redemption page.
4. Complete any required confirmation or identity-verification steps.
5. Submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the notification.

Eligibility reviews may create a delay between the qualifying order being charged and the redemption notification being sent.

Is the Oura Ring guaranteed after my sixth order?

No. Completing the required orders makes you eligible for review, but it does not guarantee that a ring will remain available.

The promotion is limited to 300 Oura Ring 5 units. Rewards are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis according to when CookUnity confirms that a customer reached the qualifying milestone.

What if I completed the orders but have not received instructions?

First:

1. Confirm that your required order was successfully charged.
2. Check the inbox associated with your CookUnity account.
3. Search for messages containing CookUnity or Oura.
4. Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and other filtered folders.
5. Confirm that none of the qualifying orders was refunded or credited.

If you still believe you qualify, contact Customer Experience and have the following information ready:

• The email associated with your CookUnity account
• The approximate date you signed up
• Your assigned order milestone, if known
• The dates of the orders you believe count
• A screenshot or copy of the original promotional offer
• A screenshot of any error or incorrect redemption message

Do not create another CookUnity account or submit multiple claims for the same reward.
