Unfortunately, once an order has been charged, it cannot be canceled. However, before your area's cutoff time, you're free to skip, reschedule, or change your meals as many times as you like. You can easily make these adjustments in your account on the Orders page.
- Cutoff Time: The cut-off time for making changes varies from 3-6 days before your delivery day, depending on your location. Learn more about your cut-off time here.
- Order Confirmation: After the cutoff time, your order is confirmed and your payment method will be charged. At that point, we won't be able to stop the scheduled delivery, even if you cancel your subscription.
