Yes — you can make changes to your order any time before your cutoff. After cutoff, your order is locked and cannot be modified or canceled.
What can I change before cutoff?
- Your meals — swap, add, or remove any meal
- Your delivery date — reschedule to a different available day
- Your entire order — skip the week if you don't want a delivery
How to make changes
- Log in and go to Orders Hub located on the left hand side menu bar
- Navigate Your Next Delivery or Upcoming Orders, where you should see a tag with status Order Place and a ✏️ to open the menu and modify your order, or add extra meals if you feel like ordering more.
- Make your updates — swap meals, adjust quantities, or reschedule.
- Click Confirm to save your changes.
Can I cancel after my order is charged?
Once your order has passed cutoff and has been charged, it cannot be canceled because it has already entered our preparation process. Your delivery will continue as scheduled.
You’ll see the order marked with a tag status Order Confirmed. At this stage, editing options such as changing meals or adding extra meals will no longer be available. Instead, you’ll be able to track your order status until delivery.

What if I want to stop deliveries for a few weeks?
You can skip individual weeks from your Orders Hub or pause your plan for 2–8 weeks from your Account → My Plan → Pause Plan. Actions will impact orders with schedule before cutoff time from that day.
