How do I cancel UnityPass?

You can cancel your unitypass membership at any time from your CookUnity account on the website or in the CookUnity app.

After you cancel, your unitypass benefits will remain active until the end of the 28-day billing cycle you’ve already paid for. Your membership will not renew for another cycle.

Canceling unitypass does not cancel your CookUnity meal subscription.

Cancel unitypass on the website

1. Log in to your CookUnity account.
2. Open the unitypass hub from the sidebar.
3. Select Manage unitypass. 
4. Select Cancel unitypass.
5. Review the cancellation details.

6. Select Confirm.

   

Once confirmed, your unitypass membership will show as canceled.

Cancel unitypass in the CookUnity app

1. Open the CookUnity app and log in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Open the unitypass hub.
4. Select Manage unitypass.
5. Tap Cancel unitypass.
6. Review the cancellation details and tap Confirm.

Once confirmed, your unitypass membership will show as canceled.

What happens to my benefits after I cancel?

Your unitypass benefits don’t end immediately. You can continue using them until the end of your current paid 28-day billing cycle. After that date, your unitypass membership and benefits will end and you won’t be charged for another cycle.

Will I get a refund if I cancel on my renewal day?

Canceling unitypass on your renewal day does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed. Your membership remains available for the billing cycle you paid for.

Does canceling unitypass cancel my CookUnity subscription?

No. unitypass and your CookUnity meal subscription are separate.

Canceling unitypass only stops future unitypass renewals. Your regular CookUnity meal subscription and scheduled deliveries remain active unless you manage or cancel them separately.

What if I don’t see the cancellation option?

Make sure you’re signed in to the account associated with your unitypass membership and open the unitypass section of your account.

If your membership is active but you still can’t find the option to manage or cancel it, contact CookUnity Support for help.
