We’re sorry to see you go. If you need to cancel your CookUnity subscription, you can do it in just a few clicks by following the steps below.
Before you cancel, keep in mind that canceling your subscription stops future weeks, but it doesn’t automatically cancel orders that were already processed/billed. If you have an upcoming delivery that’s already been processed, you may still receive it.

Cancel From Settings (Website experience)
- Log in to your CookUnity account and go to your Home Page.
- In the bottom-left corner, click your Account icon (the circle with your initials).
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down until you find Cancel Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription to open the cancellation flow.
- Select a reason for your cancellation (for example: moving to a different state).
Tip: CookUnity has coverage in most areas across the U.S., so it may be worth checking whether we deliver to your new location. - Check the box confirming you agree with the subscription cancellation.
- Click Cancel my subscription to confirm.
After you confirm, your subscription will be canceled. You can verify it by checking your subscription status in your account and by looking for the confirmation email.
This same Settings page can also be used to reactivate your subscription later if needed.
Important Note About Available Credits
If you have Available credits on your account, they may be deleted and lost after you confirm the cancellation.
If you’d rather place a new order instead, click the Use your credits button to return to your Home Page and continue ordering.

Cancel From the App/Mobile Experience
- Open the CookUnity app and make sure you’re logged in.
- Tap Account from the bottom menu.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription.
(This step may open a browser window to complete the cancellation.) - Scroll down and select a reason for your cancellation.
- Check the box confirming you agree with the subscription cancellation.
- Tap Cancel my subscription to confirm.
After you confirm, your subscription will be canceled. You can verify it by checking your subscription status and by looking for the confirmation email.
You’re all set
Canceling should feel straightforward, but it’s always a good idea to double-check your upcoming deliveries first. If an order has already been processed, it may still be delivered.
If you ever decide to come back, you can reactivate your subscription from the same Settings page.
