You can update your delivery address in your account settings at any time — but whether the change applies to upcoming orders depends on your cutoff.
How to update your address (permanent change)
- Log in and click your Account icon, (the circle with your initials).
- Go to Delivery Info.
- Click Add new address or Edit an existing one.
- Save and set the new address as your default.
Important: If you have upcoming orders that were placed but not yet charged, you can change the address directly from your Home Page by selecting the date and click update address. Keep in mind that changing your default address will cancel those orders. You'll need to reselect your meals for those weeks.
I just moved — what should I do?
Update your default delivery address as soon as possible using the steps above. We recommend doing this before your next cutoff so the new address applies to your upcoming order. If your next order has already been confirmed and charged, the address cannot be changed for that delivery — it will go to the address on file at the time of charge.
My address is incorrect on my account
Go to Account → Delivery Info and edit the address directly. If the address is already tied to a confirmed and charged order, contact our Customer Experience team — but note that a full address change for a charged order is not possible as deliveries are already assigned to drivers by zone.
