Pausing your plan stops future weekly deliveries for 2 to 8 weeks. Important: a pause does not cancel an order that has already passed its cutoff date. If your next delivery was already processed before you paused, you'll still receive it and be charged for it.
How to Pause
- Click Account (bottom-left, the circle with your initials).
- Open My Plan.
- Click Pause Plan.
- Choose how many weeks you’d like to pause (2 to 8 weeks).
- Confirm to apply the pause.\
- An email confirmation will be sent including your next cutoff date information.
- If you don't resume manually, your plan automatically restarts when the pause ends.
Tip: If you only need to adjust one week, options like skipping a delivery, rescheduling, or updating your meals can help you stay on track without pausing your plan.
Will I be charged during my pause?
No — as long as the pause was set before your upcoming order's cutoff. If a delivery had already passed its cutoff when you paused, that order will still be delivered and charged.
To confirm your pause is active: Check your email for the pause confirmation. It will show which weeks are paused and when your plan resumes.
My plan was paused but I was still charged — what should I do?
This can happen if your pause was set after the cutoff for that week's order had already passed.
Contact our Customer Experience team and include:

- Whether you received a pause confirmation email
- The delivery week and charge amount
