You can skip any upcoming delivery from your Home Page or Orders Hub. To avoid being charged, your skip must be submitted before your cutoff time for that week.
Skipping From Your Home Page
- Go to your Home Page and click on the delivery day you want to skip.
- Select Skip this order
- A modal with a final confirmation and alternatives will display
- Click Confirm Skip
- You’ll receive an email confirming that the order was successfully skipped.
- A Skipped label will display on your date
Skipping From Orders Hub view
- Go to Oder Hub located on the left hand side menu
- Navigate future delivery week under Upcoming Orders
- Select the three dots : on the week you would like to skip
- Select the option Skip Delivery
- A modal with a final confirmation and alternatives will display
- Click Confirm Skip
- You’ll receive an email confirming that the order was successfully skipped.
- A Skipped label will display on your date
To skip multiple weeks: Repeat these steps for each delivery date you want to skip.
When do I need to skip by to avoid a charge?
Skips must be submitted before your cutoff time for that week. After cutoff, your order is locked and your card will be charged.
Not sure when your cutoff is? Navigate your Upcoming Orders and click the three dots : to see when is the cutoff of that specific date.
I skipped my order but was still charged — what should I do?
If you skipped before cutoff and were still charged, or if you're not sure whether your skip went through in time, contact our Customer Experience team and include:
- The delivery week affected
- The date and time you submitted the skip
- Whether you received a skip confirmation email
- The charge amount on your statement
