When is my cut-off time?

You can find your specific cut-off time in a couple of places: it's highlighted both on the menu during meal selection and on your Orders page.

Notifications

We’ll always send you a text and email 24 hours before your cut-off time, letting you know which meals have been selected for you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed at noon on your cut-off day. Please make sure to select your meals by this time. If you don't select meals or skip your order before the cut-off, our system will automatically choose meals for you based on your Taste Profile.
