Changing your plan size won’t change an order that has already been processed and charged. If your upcoming order is still before its order deadline, you can edit it to update the number of meals.
If your order deadline hasn’t passed
For an order you’ve already placed, review its meal selection rather than assuming the plan change updated it.
- Log in to your CookUnity account and head to Preferences and My Plan
- Select the size you want.
- Then, go to Orders Hub on the left menu bar
- Select the upcoming delivery you want to update.
- Click add Extra meals to edit the order.
- Add or remove meals to match your updated plan size.
- Review the meal count and order total, then confirm your changes.
The meal plan wont automatically update on that upcoming order.
If your order has already been processed and charged
At the order deadline, payment is processed and the order is locked. You can no longer change its meal count, even if you update your plan size afterward.
That delivery will contain the meals in your processed order. Your plan-size change does not apply retroactively to it.
How can I check whether my changes were saved?
Review the delivery date, meal count, and selection shown in the order after confirming your edits. Updating your plan settings alone does not confirm that you edited an existing order.za
