Want to see what discounts, promo offers, or account credits are available on your CookUnity account? You can check your Promotions and Credits anytime from Wallet / Credits & Promotions.
Keep in mind that promotions and credits may have expiration dates or eligibility rules, and some offers might not apply to every order.

Check Promotions and Credits
- Log in to your CookUnity account and go to your Home Page.
- Click your Account icon (bottom-left corner).
- Select Wallet.
- Open Credits & Promotions.
- Review the two tabs:
- Credits: See your available credit balance and usage history.
- Promotions: View active promotions and check details like expiration dates.
Confirm if credits or promotions are applied
- Open an upcoming delivery week.
- Go to the checkout view.
- In the pricing breakdown, look for Credits or Discount applied.
- If eligible, your total updates automatically.
- If you don’t see it, it may not apply due to restrictions (like expiration or minimum requirements).
Tip: If a promotion is applied to an upcoming order, you may also see a banner on your Home Page.

- Open the CookUnity app and make sure you’re logged in.
- From the Home page, tap Account in the bottom banner.
- Tap Credits & Promotions.
- Review the two tabs:
- Credits: your available credit balance and credit usage history.
- Promotions: any active promotions on your account (including expiration details).
Confirm Credits/Promotions at Checkout
To double-check if something is being applied:
- Open your upcoming delivery and tap Order Summary.
- In the pricing breakdown, look for Credits or Discount applied.
- If any of your upcoming orders have a promotion applied, you will see the banner on your “home” page.
If the promotion or credit is eligible, it will update your total automatically. If it doesn’t show, it may be due to restrictions like expiration or minimum requirements.

Credits and promotions help make weekly ordering more flexible. If you’re not seeing a credit or discount at checkout, it may be due to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or order rules.
Also, keep in mind: if you place orders ahead of time, credits won’t apply to orders you already confirmed—they’ll apply to the next order you confirm after the credits are added (not necessarily the next one to be billed).
