Seeing “Save $X”, “Get $X Credit” or "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" on your meals? Both options help you save — the difference is when the savings are applied. Here’s a simple breakdown so you know exactly what to expect at checkout. 

 

What Is Add & Save?

Add & Save is a promotion available on select meals that lets you unlock extra savings when you add eligible dishes to your order. 

Depending on the meal, the savings may apply instantly — or as credit toward your next order.

Three Types of Add & Save Offers

• Save $X → Instant Discount
  The price of the meal is reduced immediately. You’ll see the savings reflected in your cart and checkout total for that same order.
• Get $X Credit → Credit for Your Next Order
  You earn credits that will automatically apply to your next order. The total of your current order will not change.

• Buy 1, Get 1 Free → Get 1 extra meal for free

  When you select a meal with the Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotion, the system automatically adds two of the same meal to your cart. You are charged for one meal, and the second meal is free.

• 

How to Tell Which Offer You Have

• On the Menu: Look at the meal tag — it will say either “Save $X” or “Get $X Credit.”
• In Your Cart: Instant discounts reduce your subtotal right away. Credit offers show how much you earned for your next order.

• At Checkout: Credit offers display a banner confirming the amount earned.

  

Where Do I Find My Credit?

If your meal included a “Get $X Credit” offer:

• Go to Credits & Promotions in your account.
• You’ll see your earned credit listed there, typically labeled as Add & Save cashback.

• The credit will apply automatically the next time your order is invoiced.

  

Why Didn’t My Price Go Down?

If your total didn’t change, your meal likely had a “Get $X Credit” offer. That means your savings will apply to your next order instead of this one. 

Both types of offers provide savings — they just apply at different times.

Can the Credit Be Applied to My Current Order?

It depends on the type of Add & Save offer selected:

If your meal shows “Save $X,” the discount applies instantly and will reduce your total on the current order.

If your meal shows “Get $X Credit,” you’ll earn credit that automatically applies to your next order once it’s invoiced.

You can always confirm which promotion applies by checking the ribbon at the top of each meal card before adding it to your cart.

Both options help you save — the only difference is when the savings are applied.

How Buy 1, Get 1 Free Works

When you select a meal with the Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotion, the system automatically adds two of the same meal to your cart. You are charged for one meal, and the second meal is free.

• Step 1: Add a meal marked “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” from the menu.
• Step 2: Two of the same meal will appear in your cart automatically.
• Step 3: At checkout, the discount is applied so you only pay for one meal.

Why Did Two Meals Appear in My Cart?

This is expected behavior for Buy 1, Get 1 Free meals. The promotion automatically adds the second meal so you can receive the free item without needing to select it separately.

Why Did My Free Meal Disappear?

The Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotion requires at least two units of the same meal in your cart. If the quantity is reduced to one meal, the promotion no longer applies and the free meal is removed.

You can always confirm the promotion by checking the “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” ribbon on the meal card before adding it to your cart.
