How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After your order is placed and payment is processed at cutoff, you'll receive an order confirmation email from CookUnity. You can also check your order status at any time in your account.
If your order shows as confirmed, your payment was successfully processed and you can find it under Your Next Delivery.
Where to check your order status
- Log in to your CookUnity account.
- Go to Orders Hub on the left hand side bar.
- From here you can check:
- Your Next Delivery: The order closest to being processed, currently being prepared, or recently processed and not yet delivered.
- Upcoming orders: Future scheduled orders where you can view, edit, or place meal selections before the cutoff.
- Past Orders: Completed or previous deliveries, including order status, delivery details, and associated invoices.
I didn't receive a confirmation email — what does that mean?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email isn't there, your payment may not have been processed successfully.
Log in to your account and go to Orders Hubs located on the left hand side bar. If your upcoming delivery is listed with your selected meals, your order is confirmed.
If you don't see an upcoming order or your Wallet shows a payment issue, go to Wallet and verify your default payment method is correct.
