Once your order has passed cutoff and has been charged, it cannot be canceled because it has already entered our preparation process. Your delivery will continue as scheduled.
You’ll see the order marked with a tag status Order Confirmed. At this stage, editing options such as changing meals or adding extra meals will no longer be available. Instead, you’ll be able to track your order status until delivery.

I don’t think I’m the first one to complain about this. Your phone number is to get a hold of you. There is no way you can get a hold of it because the line is I texted you people and I also talked to somebody before I went on vacation at the beginning of June that I was gone on vacation and I don’t know when I was gonna return and I would say to that person.
