CookUnity is a weekly delivery subscription that makes meal planning easy. Our menu is available up to two weeks in advance, and you can select your meals by accessing your Orders. If you'd prefer, our auto-pilot ordering system can choose meals that best match your preferences. We'll notify you of these selections, and your order will be placed at your area's specific cutoff time.
Cutoff Times and Order Changes
Cutoff times vary between 4-6 days before your scheduled delivery date, depending on your location. Before the cutoff, you're free to make changes to your order or skip it entirely. If you don't skip your upcoming delivery, your payment method will be automatically charged at the cutoff time.
Delivery and Meals
CookUnity meals are chef-prepared and delivered refrigerated, not raw. The meals are delivered directly to your door every week, ready to serve immediately or store for later in the week. They’re delivered to your door in insulated packaging designed to keep them cool during transit. Refrigerate your meals promptly after delivery and follow the use-by date on each label. When you’re ready to eat, follow the meal’s heating instructions, which vary by dish. You can also refer to your Past Deliveries for more detailed information about your meals.
Pausing or Canceling your subscription
If you need to pause your deliveries for an extended period, you can pause your subscription for up to 8 weeks. Just keep an eye on the date of your next delivery, as our system will automatically reactivate your orders based on your selected preferences. You can also cancel your subscription at any time.
